of a woman wearing lip liner, but not wearing any lipstick. I saw a woman wearing brown lip liner, but she didn't wear anything on her lips.

It is supposed to be for women with thin lips, to help define their lips better. Some people use it, but they don't need it, because they have full lips. I don't understand it either.

Well, first off, did a celebrity do it, even by accident? Reminds me of Madonna showing up to an MTV interview, having to roll up her jeans torn into shorts. She wanted to be neat enough for camera. Suddenly my mother was screaming at me for cutting my jeans so I could look just like her!
Still doesn't make it look good, like Madonna can do.

That is so gross!!! That's the second worst beauty mistake (number one is shaved-off, then penciled-on eye brows)
