'An introduction to animal behaviour' by Aubrey Manning. Probably not the psychology you are after, but a fascinating subject that applies to human behaviour a lot more than the theories of Freud do.

Jung stuff:

"Inner world of Self" by a woman writer aged 85. Not behavourist stuff. I gave to my girlfriend and she ditched me. A bit of luck that!

This might be more like modern mythology or sociology. Psychology might be more like cognition and the book mentioned might out of the subject matter. One book of many.

Storywise, a book by David Coleman called Emotional Intelligence is excellent, it's known all over the world and it comes highly recommended by me too...it's about intelligence not being completely based on visible logic but by emotional response too...it's also really cheap...

Non-Fiction wise, a book called 100% Brain Training by Melvin D. Saunders will help you use all psychological techniques recently discovered to improve your life and make yourself happy and successful...

Who moved my cheese by Spencer Johnson. It is a short book but very poignant, it deals with change by telling a story about two mice and two humans.

Try 'Obedience to Authority' by Stanley Milgram - in which an American professor proved by experiment that most ordinary people will not hesitate to torture someone to death as long as someone in authority is ordering them to do so. Nobody actually got hurt, but it's one of the most chilling experimental results of all time.
