My PMS symptoms lowered as I got my low blood sugar condition under control with diet. www.hufa.org - the symptoms link shows what symptoms can also be due to low blood sugar. A lot of the PMS symptoms are there, too, because feminine hormones affect insulin, which affects blood sugar. Really!!
