My legal company name is Bebedoll LLC, but I only list my company name as Bébedoll. I was told that I do need a DBA because I'm not including LLC and then I was told that I do not need a DBA since I'm still using my legal name minus the LLC. So what is the real right answer?

With any billing or legal pieces you should use your LLC, but to advertise your business you don't need to use it.

I think that you should always use the llc, because that distinction of being a limited liability company means that you do not have personal liability in what your company does, people have a right to know that before doing business with you.

Technically (and legally) speaking, you should use the LLC in all of your business dealings. However, there's no real "harm" done if you don't.
