Do you believe you can have a couple of (feeling 'in love') relationships with someone or others over your lifetime yet feel you have found 'the one' that is your true soul mate.
I have felt this with my last partner but wondered if me feeling I have found my soulmate is all in my head.
Does this really happen and have any of you felt the same that you have also found your 'true soulmate'

I was married for over 25 years and was deeply in love with my husband . We knew each other so well, could sense each others moods, finish each other sentances etc, and were much in focus and harmoany togetehr and did everthing together as a couple and family. But I believe that came more about with living together and getting to know and love one another more through the years.
However, more recently I have met someone new and the feeling and sense of belonging to this person I feel for, is something much deeper to that I have ever felt for my ex husband who was my first love and someone I was very happy with.
I feel so conected to this other person even although its very early into the relationship. its feels as if he is my true soulmate in life.

Ooooooooooooooooooh yes this is true believe me!!!! And it's the best feeling in the world isn't it?? I never believed this whole soul mate thing until it really happened to me and when it did, it was like bein hit by lightening - can't think straight, can't eat, can't sleep etc. It turns your world upside down and it's an unexplainable feeling. Only other people who have also found their soulmate can truely understand how it feels. Makes you realise that what you thought was love before, really wasn't anything compared to how you feel now. You're one of the lucky ones, and so am i and i'm thankful every single day that i've found him. X X :-)

A true soulmate doesn't really refer to the "romantic love" one feels. A true soulmate is simply someone who knows your every thought, they know you inside and out and can say exactly what you would say even before you say it. If you look at a set of twins you will see some of what a soulmate is. Even if you have just met it feels like you've known them all your life, they know you that well and visa versa. A soulmate can be a friend, a lover, a parent, a sibling, a spouse or someone you have never met before yet are conntect to. As for can you have a romantic love for two different people, yes you can, but you have to make a choice.

For many years, I would have said there is no such thing as a soulmate, even though I'd been in love several times. However with my new husband, I'd say I have found my soulmate.
We were not irresistably attracted when we met, and sparks didn't fly. But once we started to get together, we were so alike it was spooky. We share the same values and attitudes on so many things, we have the same likes and dislikes, and similar interests. The result is that when we moved in together, we meshed together as if we'd been together all our lives.
I wasn't madly in love with him when we first got together, but my love for him just keeps getting stronger and stronger - instead of wearing off or settling down, as it normally does.
That, to me, is a soulmate.

I think we only have one soulmate, that is way when we are with someone who is not our "soul mate" it doesn't work out in the long run. I do think many of us go through life without ever finding our soul mate. I feel I am with my soul mate, when we are together I feel complete and at peace and I have no desire to ever be without him even when he makes me crazy. I spent 5yrs with someone before my husband and the whole time I questioned my feelings and was always looking at other guys; I never cheated but it just didn't feel right.

Logically, there's no such thing as "true" soulmate. Life is random! But feeling in love with someone is very real, and is a great feeling that makes the world go 'round. Even though it's all in your head! :)

If you find someone you have common interests with, that is NOT your soulmate. You do not have to be in love with your soul mate, it could be a special friend or mentor. My soul mate is someone who presents as a challenge in my life yet is my confidante and advisor. My husband and i don't have much in common but we attract eachother and support eachother, and often know what eachother is thinking, that is what convinced me, that he was my soulmate!

Soul composes of three parts: mind, emotion, and will.
Spirit includes conscience, intuition, and fellowship.
Body is in the physical realm.
When God created Adam, He also made him an Eve to be with. We need to clearly discern the soul and spirit as we discern the feeling from intuition.
May your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete. Amen.

Apparently you can have more than one soulmate. Lord knows people get divorced and remarried enough.

I believe that there is a "bullseye" of people you could be with. I believe that God has one true person whom you would be a great match with(the person at the center of your "Bullseye."
However, there are many people right outlide the center of your bullseye that you could be perfectly happy with. We have the choice in whom to pick.
