Why do you want NEW music? The best music is the old stuff... have you ever heard Operation Ivy, Millencolin or Bad Religion? Here I'll give you some songs to download, they're really good:

All of these bands are punk, and have influenced many artists today. For an example Zack De La Rocha (from Rage Against The Machione) said that the Bad Religion song "**** Armageddon... This Is Hell" changed his life forever.
These are great bands that you wont regret listening to I can guarantee it.
If you REALLY want some decent NEW bands, try downloading some Blindspott. Unless you live in New Zealand you won't be able to buy their CDs, but you can download their music. It kicks ***. Also Muse and Evanescence have released some new CDs, I'd recommend them both because I know they're good.
PS: Don't buy or listen to crap, try hard, poseur, mainstream fag bands like Panic! At the Disco or My Chemical Romance... that music is Emo Crap that is all about making money.

I am going to say Audioslave. The way Chris uses his voice in the songs is melodious and Tom Morellos' guitar has SOUL POWER!
