The good news is that they are worth at least $20.
They may be worth more if they are in superb condition. These are not terribly common, but are not in big demand either.
I'm seeing values ranging from $20 up to $60 for very nie examples.

You do not give enough info. Is it a National bank note that has the name of the bank on the note? You need to describe the stamp, is it an internal revenue stamp? Best bet, take it to a paper money dealer in your area. I need more info to look it up for you.
