I'm the mom of four young children, so that's a workout in itself!
Really, I eat what I want, but I exercise five days a week and I drink water like crazy!

Cardio in the gym for about an hour and lots of riding on my bike. In fact a 35 mile ride next weekend. I do it for the shirts.

i try very hard to ear right. like staying aways from all the greasy and fatty foods. i sometimes give in to deserts to much though. i cant help it lol. i do excercise i do about 1 hr. everyday depending on how much time i have that day.

NOTHING! im so lucky. i better get with it though, i wont be young forever.

I used to do crunches A LOT of them and got my tummy toned... for some reason I've been slacking. I do walk my pups though.
