After. Piccolo died in 1970 of cancer. The TV movie came out in 1971. The Sayers-Piccolo backfield was an amazing thing to see. I was lucky enough to go to their games at Soldier Field in 67-68-69 as a young boy. The movie still makes me cry, all these years later. Although Piccolo's career and life were cut short, Gale Sayers properly gave Brian Piccolo and the rest of the Bears praise for the many records he set then. The Sayers-Piccolo friendship also broke racial barriers that were entrenched at the time.

They're contradicting themselves. One minute his health was in good shape he was attempting to make a comeback. Then he had these past injuries of a spinal injury from a fall on the stage and all the performances he's done in the past and was abusing rx drugs. The people around him were enabling him. What's the real story. was he or wasn't he in good health? So, who knows until the autopsy comes back and if there was any fault of these ppl being aware of his addiction and didn't do anything to help him I'm sure they'll be lawsuits on them for wrongful death accusations. It's an extremely sad situation and what will come of the kids. The biological mother Debbie Rowe hasn't been around for a long time so, she's like a stranger to them and not sure of the 3rd. child. My heart breaks for these kids and all the family, friends, fans that really cared for The King Of Pop! Stress can play a number on your body. Lord knows M.J. has gone through a Hell of a lot of stress over the years. It finally took it's toll on him. R.I. P. take care
