...all women are attractive in their own way (ever heard "everyone's beautiful to someone"?)
Cancer women are the nice women of the Zodiac. The very feminine yet tough woman who can do anything on her own (although she may complain about it).
They have nice smiles usually and very attractive eyes.
Their personality is probably what attracts others to them though.

well...it's like asking a question like- are french women thin?
and the answer to youer question would be somewhat similar to the answer to this question, that is- yeah, some of them are.
you see, attraction and beauty lie in the eyes of the beholder. plus, not all cancerians are bad or good or pretty or ugly, come on!
oh, and if you are a cancerian, i wanna assure you that you are beautiful, nice, everyone likes you no matter what they pretend, and that you are going to be very well off in life, don't worry. oh, and you cook so well....

I am a double cancer water snake and yes, I DO have the traditional big boobs and pretty eyes plus the moon face. I like my looks! I think if you're aware of the moodiness you can be in a better position to control it. I just bought a great book that combines the chinese signs with the traditional zodiac to creat 144 new signs. Water snakes are supposed to "slither" rather than walk. It's a fasinating book.

It is usually the ascendant that contributes the most to a person's physical features, meaning that a Cancer sun would most likely have another sign's physical appearance.
My sun is Scorpio, but I have a Taurus ascendant. I am thicker, with large round eyes and a pretty face. Joanne Martine Woolfolke wrote a great chapter on ascendant features.

ehhh i am an cancerian myself, but i don t have big boobs, my eyes are also not big and it looks sad ( i ve got these comment often). Yup one thing is true that my face can be used to draw a circle and my mood swings Y__Y.

Cancer eemmhh.............. I guess cancerian are attractive but they are very secretive. Their best asset is their love. And usually cancerian women have big boobs that's another asset, huh?

You really can't determine how attractive someone is by their horoscope. Sometimes there are little commonalities though.
I have heard Cancerian women have wide-set eyes.

haha jane d made me realize that every cancer woman i've met has has big boobs and a lot of booty lol. So I guess those would be their best assets. They are also great conversationalists but they can be very catty if you make them upset.

I don't think their sign has anything to do with whether or not they are beautiful. A person's physical beauty comes from his/her genetic makeup....at the end of the day, what really matters is whats on the inside.

Assets and features would differ from person to person according to their genes. But as far as attractiveness of the personality goes, Sure they are, except for their wild mood swings !!
