iPod question. why doesnt it play videos?

i have a video iPod but it doesnt even play the music videos handheld. even if u dont have a video ipod u can watch on iTunes but u should be able to do it on the iPod the one i have. what do i do to make it work?

Hmm. That's weird. If you are able to see them on iTunes then you should be able to see them on your iPod. If iTunes doesn't read the videos, then you'll have to convert them into a format the iTunes and the iPod can read. Use this software: 3GP Video Converter to change the format of the videos only if you can't see them on iTunes.
