It's on the back side of the head. Just behind the thermostat. Unplug it, unscrew sending unit, screw in new sending unit. Very simple. Kind of a pain to get to as there is stuff in the way, but not really too bad. Good luck.

I can't remember exactly where on the motor it is but it will be on the intake on your car, simply pull the wireing connector off and unscrew it out and screw the new one in, Be sure the motor is cold and the coolant cap is tight, this way you won't loose any coolant. You won't have to drain the coolant this way.
