My cousin lives in Brentwood, Tn and her house cost
around $200,000. She has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths.

It really depends on the area of town - the closer to downtown, especially inside of Davidson county - the more expensive. Property taxes seem to be high in Davidson County (Nashville). Some areas, such as Brentwood / Franklin, Green Hills - can get pretty pricey...It really depends on what size house you're looking for and the location!
