I would say something like finding some sort of whats the word... anyway the people who make malicious virouses. I would say that you make a virus that requires you to do something (say guess a correct code) and then kill the ai with a virus

an EMP could reset the ram, clear everything its learned, granted you hit its RAM.
a good deal of liquid could short circuit its logic circuits.
find and destroy its power source or just dissasemble it the old fashion way ;).
Hacking can be an option to, viruses to slow it down and possibly crash it.

send a Rank 10 frost bolt at it, than nuke it with D.O.Ts
