I too only have one functioning tube. The other was damaged due to a cyst. It is very possible to become pregnant although the doctor told me it will probably be just a little more difficult and take a little longer. It is true that you need to be weary about getting pregnant when ovulating in the wrong tube because an ectopic pregnancy is an extremely high risk. I have to have a blood test done every month if my period is more than 3 days late to be certain that I didnt ovulate on my left side(the bad side) and gotten pregnant.

Hi, my right tube is blocked, there are so many options, i tried for 3 yrs and no luck, so many different ways you can get pregnant, I chose InVitro, cause i want to have my baby now, and i wouldn't take that chance if you have an Ectopic pregnancy in the good tube , then you will have no choice but InVitro

Yes, it definitely is. I had a tube removed following an ectopic pregnancy - and 18 months later became pregnant. I now have a happy, healthy 10 year old.

Yes!
My wife had one tube removed at age 6 and we were told we couldn't have any children after extensive tests.
They were wrong. We now have 3 healthy children. No fertility drugs or anything other than normal conception was involved.
Prayer helps.
Good luck.

i did some research and think it is a bad idea to keep tyring unless you get your tube un blocked. Becasue if you do get pregnant then you can have a tubal pregnancy and it will have to be removed. Sorry but it does not look good. Google it and there is alot of information you can read. This is one:
