my ipod wheel has suddenly just decided to stop working. I am still able to press play, stop, etc, however i am unable to search thru tracks or turn volume up. are there any solutions?

probably you pushed the sensitive buttons.but im not sure how to fix it

Im not surprised to hear this, like anything with an apple logo on it, it'll cost more than superior items and break, serves you right for being a sheep and buying an iPod just because people think they're cool.

Well if its broken what do you expect us to do about it?
I'm not being rude or anything, buts it not going to be technical, is it?
You obviously need it repaired....duh!
I don't wish to sound negative but the best option would be to get it repaired via a professional!

If it's still under warranty, have Apple replace it. If not, it might be cheaper to just buy a new unit.

google 'ipod repair' there are a lot of companies popping up to fix these units
