You know thermals? Woolworths sells them and your cheap stores like Big W. there cheap, thin (so you dont look bulky) but extremely warm. I were them to go camping and during winter.
Bain Aid also brought out heat pads which stick to you skin and keep you warm, meant for back pain etc, but you could try something like that. My partner use to work in abbitiors and he use to look like santa cos he wore so many layers.
And lots of moisturiser on your face as your skin will dry out and get dry spots on it.

thermals always work i buy them for my hunnie who does consruction they also have these like bike short materlial shorts that actually keep u very warm and u just wear them under ur regular clothes. I think i bought them at a work and gear store

Have you tried thermals? They come in white, are lightweight (worn under clothes), and quite warm.
