I have a friend who's gums bled the day after having sex (which of course was the conception date), so I would think other symptoms could come soon too. For me, I started having symptoms about 1 1/2 -2 after conceiving, but didn't have tummy troubles until week seven. Everyone is different. If you are symptomatic, and you truly are pregnant, it should show on a test. If there are enough hormones in your system to make you sick, you should have enough hormones to show a positive test. I tested a week before my period was due and it came up positive. Go pee on a stick and find out for sure :-)

Perosnally, I was lucky and didn't get any kind of morning sickness at all, but a good friend of mine started throwing up the day after she conceived and didn't stop until after the birth! If you are prone to moring sickness, it can start straight away, but it might be a good idea to make sure you havn't picked up a gastro bug around the place, and are just hoping to be pregnant! Good luck

It all varies from woman to woman. I started feeling queezy at 7 weeks. Some women could feel it sooner.
