Be specific...cause there a millions of properties in math...if you're trying to ask about math rules of signs..when multliplying , dividing..summing or substracting these are the properties:

- - = +

+ - = -

+ +=+

-+= -


when multiplying or diving:

- x - = +

- x + = -

+ x + = +


i think those are all of them...but anyways make sure to ask your profesor....or take a look at your notes or textbook

Do you mean multiply and divide before you add and subtract. From left to right unless parentheses are involved.
