what is D-16 or 16-D used in medicaid to help you while on disabilty?

was told that medicare knows of these D-16 or 16-D in MEDICADE, in Oklahoma
Does anyone know? I am on s.s. disabilty and widows disabilty s.s.

go to www.medicaid.gov or search for medicaid ooops www.medicare.gov and look for the codes. they are there. i have seen them before.
