My floor was doing the same thing. I sanded everything down real good and made sure no individual boards were touching. There needs to be a little space. If there is not, take the board out and sand the edges. Then just stain and refinish the floor. Easy right?

Only a professional can help, if it can be corrected. It may be nearly impossible to match the exact color for replacement strips if the product is a few years old.

If the strips can be replaced, you could have the entire floor refinished. That may be less expensive than total replacement.
However, the cause may be a different matter to consider.

Only a pro can determine that. You might contact a wood floor repair and refinishing company. A retail salesman will want to sell you a new floor.

There could be another cause. If the flooring buckled, NOT WARPED, it may be that too little expansion space was allowed at the walls. That could possibly be fairly easy to correct by a pro.

some time you can sand it out but if it is to bad you will have to repace the boards.
