That the USA is about to enter a totalitarian state?
I mean our constitutional rights are being chipped away, and police are allowed to overstep their boundries to catch crime, but most people are okay with it?
Am I missing something or are we handing away our lives to what we hoped would never happen to this country?

Americans accept and repeat everything the PC crowd,liberal media,and the government tells them to say and do.If you allow the distruction of any right(s) you are heading that way.Even if it means standing for the rights of those we disagree with(not accepting things that aren't).

We may be heading down that path, but I not see any real problem at the moment. It is simply a matter of numbers and willpower. The US. government has neither the will nor the numbers (troops,police,spies,etc...) to control its own population for any length of time. Eventually a critical mass will be reached when the average person feels they are being wronged, and does something about it. This will either result in civil disorder and war, or simply a revision of our political system.

Why? Yes! No? thought ye had it figured being the threateners for the thing ye threatened with was funny now your worried bout the people in the country. if it was voted for by the people then everyone would have voted and no war on ye're terror from the rest of the world or you but **** makes you think no?

I totally agree. Either people don't see it or they don't care or they think they can't do anything about it anyway. Why is this happening and what can we do to stop it? I don't have the answers but I can clearly see the problem. It really scares me because it is slowly decaying away what we live for and believe in.
