how much can someone with a civil engineering degree from the U.S. get paid in India?

i haven't been to India in years but I'm trying to see if moving back for sometime is worth it. i miss my country and want to see what my options are.....i would like live in Mumbai or Bangalore....please let me know if anyone has any information.....

It depends on the length and type of experience you have gained. A civil engineer attached to an architetect or a large builder can get between 25 to 50 thousand rupees a month.
