My boobs are squishy and soft and i want them to be hard for once because if my bf bumps into me, my boobs really hurt so i want him to notice that they're harder so that when we have it, he can bite my boobs and it won't hurt.

your boobs are wonderful and great if that is indeed your boobs. (that's what you want right ppl to tell you how sexy they think they are...need an ego stroke eh?)
Now if you had some other trait or personailty that everything didn't hinge on your boobs...then you might have more interesting questions

That will not happen boobs are mostly fat and when you pump iron they just get smaller, boob jobs make them hard. But boys don't want to bite them.And if they do bite theirs first then they won't want to bite them.
