Tell your father that it isn't healthy for him to be on the computer all the time. There was a good example of this on one of the new episodes of "Wife Swap". The father and son, spent most of there time on the computer, battling one another. Shouting from each others rooms. They never communicated, except about a game and if dinner wasn't brought to them by the wife/mother, they didn't eat. The father was 'addicted' to the computer games and was neglecting his son and wife. They went to counseling and he saw that he wasn't setting a very good example as a father for his son, with his competitiveness and that the son missed him and only played the computer games to get his father's attention.
It is time to get off the computer and start doing other things together. He needs to understand that he is a father first, and your friend second. Tell him that you will not play Runescape if he is on there. Period. Then tell him the honest reason's why.

You should play before he gets home. Also, if you have a computer lab at your school. And you can get in a few minutes of runescape at school. And change his password to some thing that you can remember. And don't tell him that you change his password. Or he will kill you!!!!!!!!

why compete? there's more to do in competition than fighting... why not have firelighting competitions... first one to chop down 10 trees and light 10 fires wins... or train together, go on quests together...

if me and my dad played, we'd be dungeon crawling under the streets of varrock all night!
