Oh, I would have to say so. There are mortgage payments, house taxes, lawn care, renovations, etc. I imagine your friend with the deed would call you up to use your lawnmower, rototiller or garden tractor.

Only if he has a real estate and it is not imaginary or just on paper. If he had a deed for a landfill, it could be dirty deeds bought dirt cheap. If he is an AC/DC kind of guy.
