I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years now, but realize our relationship isn't going anywhere. I have asked him to move out for many months now but he won't. I admit in the past, I've asked him to move out but then changed my mind. This time I want him out and have expressed this to him. Legally, I can't change my locks or throw his stuff on the porch and court will cost me $300.00. I was just wondering if anyone has any advise for me.

You move out then. Or go pack all of his things up and make it clear you want him gone.
Here is what you can do if the apartment lease is in your name ALONE:
Type up a letter and save a copy for yourself. Type a letter expressing that the relationship is over and he needs to move out in 30 days or less.
Then mail him the letter (i know you live with him) but ask for a certified letter. That way he has to SIGN for the letter.
Then if he doesnt move out by said date in the letter. Pack all of his stuff and leave it outside the apartment (not where it will be damaged by rain though) and dont let him in.
All you have to give is 30 days notice if the apartment is not in his name.
If it is in both of your names then move out when the lease is up or find a new roommate who will take over your lease for your ex. (to pay your half of the rent).
Also bring over men to the house and make out right in front of him. Tell the guy you bring over that it is your ex and he wont move out.

I would need more details for better advice but with what I do know and from a guys point of view...... I would have to say that you need to change. Do the things he hates. You can even break up with him to force a move. If he doesnt, start dating.....yes dating. bring guys home and explain the situation so you don't surprise them. Eventually, this will do the trick. If you can't do this, you can also slowly move in with a friend while you find a new place. Move your stuff little by little, while he is gone. If you don't want to move or its your place, then just remember what I said in the beginning and make it hell to be there. Bring guys home to watch a movie. Also let the boyfriend know before hand that you consider him a roommate, until he can leave. and that you're just friends. This should make it easier to date and bring guys home to chill.

If you want a boyfriend so bad, then I highly recommend following this https://biturl.im/aULTr Since you've never dated or been kissed before, it's going to be hard to get a boyfriend if you don't know what to do but once you know what to do, you'll be able to get a boyfriend pretty easily and can share your dating stories with your friends and experience those feelings yourself. You'll even be able to attract guys you might feel is out of your league. I suggest going on a bunch of dates before choosing one guy to be your boyfriend. Have fun.

I would go speak to the apartment manager, take your name off the lease and move elsewhere. If you guys have been living together for five years your lease has to be up or close to it. I know my Fiance just got an okay from the manager of their apartment and made an agreement with his old roomate when he moved out before the contract was up. Speak to your apartment manager, he or she should work with you as long as you have been good tennants

Perhaps you should leave. If you have changed your mind in the past, then he is probably not taking you seriously.

Is his name on the tenancy agreement or any of the bills?

If the above doesn't work, tell him that immediately, you are separated. Charge him like a renter and make him sleep on the couch. Take all of his belongings out of your room and put them in his sleeping quarters. If you do this and it doesn't work, start dating other people - eventually, he will get the hint.

Yes get another boyfriend and have him come around or even sleep over he will get the hint because he still thinks that you are not serious but when he sees the other guy he will know it's for real.

Have you sat down with him and had a serious talk and told him that you aren't kidding?

You could also move out. It might be worth it to have the whole thing done and over with.

It's fairly simple. You move out.

Seems as if he is calling your bluff. Seeing if you are really serious. If it comes down to it move out yourself. I know it is costly sometimes but if you have to move on don't let him hold you back.

who name is on the lease? becuase if his name is not on it then you can kick him out and there is nothington that he can do about it. and you can have somebody pick his stuff up and take it to one of his friends house or to his mother don't matter but get him out of there. but before anything you need to siit him down and tell him what you want and tell him that it is just not working out anymore and that it is time to move on.
