you can only purchase a sterilizer from a medical supply store, and you will be unable to actually use it at home sterilization requires extremely high temperatures and pressures

you can purchase a sanitizer from almost anywhere that sells baby supplies however this product is useless, formula itself is not sterile and cannot be made sterile

bottles only need to be sanitized one time, the day you bring them home from the store, this is easily done in a pan of water on the stove. additional sanitizing is a waste of time and energy you could be spending with your baby

If you wash the bottles in your dishwasher, you don't need a sterilizer these days b/c the water is so hot in the dw.

Avent makes one that works in the microwave.

In a pinch, you can just boil them in water.

Yeah it's probably in your kitchen already, it's called a large pot. You fill it with water and put it on the stove to boil and once the water starts to boil, you drop in the bottles and nipples. It's cheaper then any gadget and you're going to be spending enough money on that child as it is.
