No, by the time the testing is finished the sample has had parts separated and is dried up. To make any, but the most simple, blood test the blood has to be separated into parts first. Then it is stained with chemicals and dried so it can be examined under a microscope.

What remains of the sample is so little that it is thrown away. If the remaining test sample of blood is used in a transfusion then it would have to be tested for all the possible blood borne diseases and sorted into blood groups. So you would end up with bags of little bits of blood, and in 30 days you will have to throw it out anyway.

Ha, ha, very funny people; most of you are lying and giving stupid answers.

No blood can be used as transfused blood unless donated specifically for that purpose. The blood once tested is discarded as biowaste product. In other words, flushed down the drain.

Blood is a biohazard. When lab tests have been done on a blood sample, it is incinerated as medical waste unless part of the sample has to be kept for possible further testing.

They burn it up in a high temperature furnace, often called an "incinerator".

And they ABSOLUTELY NEVER use it for any blood transfusions. NEVER.

It is normally disposed of. A small sample is taken out of each donation..and tested. If it is tested negative for any kind disease then it is labled and place in a cooler. But, if you are talking about when they take a small amount of blood for a test...that is disposed of.
