You can't, but you can report them to the MySpace folks. Just go through proper proceedures to report abuse as you would do here, only however it is done on that site.
Sorry you are being tormented, but you could also just ignore them and block them and they will propably just go and find somebody who will respond to them. Folks like this just want a reaction, give them that reaction and they will continue to pester and harras you. Stop responding, block them and let it go. Do reprot them though so the MySpace folks can take action as they see fit. It seems this is a violation of the rules there. Good luck and don't worry, unless you were foolish enough to put your address in your profile they don't know where you are. If they do know, contact your local police and report them for the death threats which is a felony by the way and against the law.

You cant delete their profile. Instead, if you think the person is really going to kill you, contact your local police department and report the person to the Myspace Admin. In the mean time, you can block the user from contacting you by visiting their profile and clicking the block button in their contact box. I hope you get your situation cleared up soon.

Report them to MySpace. There is a way to block that person too. Look under frequently asked questions, I am sure someone else has been threatened this way too.

supply it time iv considered my buddies delete their profile and thier %nonetheless shows up, yet when I clic on it it doesnt take u to thier profile, it may tell u it no longer exsist. After some days ur %could be long gone and there will be that vast X in the path of the face

On your main screen, which first comes up when u log on, go to edit friends, which is in your friend space.
