I'd say most anything other than stocks like Microsoft and Dell. Both of those stocks are in a significant downtrend.

There are hundreds of great stocks. But, how are you judging best? Are you looking for growth? Steady vs. volatility? Income? High priced stock? Low priced stock? Also, what's your timeframe?

Best growth tomorrow? In a week, month, year, longer?

Given oil price fluctuation I would stay away from companies that can be affected by it.
