I figured to report the call to the police, wondered if anyone here had done that and what the results were. Inclined to do the whoop *** if the police thing doesn't have results.

You can probably file a report. Also, the phone company can probably block their number. Just keep the name and number for record.

Record the call, tell them ahead of time so that it is admissible evidence, write down the number, call the police and file charges. Don't block the number, let that evidence roll in.

Contact the police, it's called telephone harrassment and carries a minimum of 5 years in jail, or a fine of $15,000.00 and is a federal offense.

If it bugs you, report them to the Police Dept. You do have the number and they can track it.

i personally would call them back, when i get prank called i always play it up a bit once i was on the phone with them for almost an hour, just BS'ing the entire time, but if you start to get threats or something like that i would call the cops.
