he walks with a slight limp because he ruptured his achillies tendon many years ago in a game against the cleveland browns and it never healed properly, even though he played for many more years after the injury

What amazes me about Dan Marino is that he didn't destroy his arm the way that Joe Montana and so many others have, and he doesn't talk like his eggs were scrambled like steve young and troy aikman. And he did all the same things and took all the same shots that they did.

What know it all said, the sad thing is that he did it while dropping back to pass, wasn't even touched.
Cleveland stadium had fresh grass put in and wasn't put in all the way right, had a corner of the sod coming up. I remember that, all I could say was what dumb luck.
