no, the presidents rights are set in his position and his office.
This president is not donig anything more than most war time presidents have done, less than some. During the civil war US citizens were throw out of the county for not supporting the war.
In WWII US citiznes japanese americans were locked in prison camps and all thier property taken from them
In WWII we bombed our own POW camps when they were placed near enemy factories.
So no this president has not went near as for as other war time presidents, it is just american people don't remember nor want to remember what war is really about

Oh, so if things happened in the past, then that makes them OK now? Ever heard of progress? The idea that things were bad and then they changed?
Too bad the president got a bunch of dupes to vote for him--twice--now he has to get his cronies in Congress to impeach him. But if those people get voted into office, they have to do something pretty dang bad to get thrown out.
Moral of the story: vote for somebody better! Once they're in office, you can't do much about him.
But I wish we *could* throw him in prison. Preferably one of those foreign "detainment centers" where the Geneva Convention doesn't apply...
