In a recent Seventeen magazine they had a women dressed up in a corpse bride costume with make-up tips, maybe try www.seventeen.com and poke around on their, or google it by typing in keywords like "corpse bride costume" Hope this works!

The October issue of Seveteen magazine had that costume in it. It basically said to wear a white dress and a veil, with lots of heavy black jewelry and dark purple & black eye makeup.

Try Goodwill for the dress. You'd be surprised with what you can find there.
