I'm not sure what you mean by "actual facts", but you should just dump him and never talk to him again. If you do, he will just keep trying to get you back, telling you he's sorry and it was just this once. It's not just this once. If he cared about you he wouldn't have done it. For ANY reason. Even the "I was really drunk" excuse. Because even if I was completely wasted, I would never ever cheat on my boyfriend. Just walk away.

Just dump him! Tell him he's scum and out of your life. Then never ever call him, see him or have anything to do with him again. Count your blessing you no longer have him in your life and then learn to respect yourself and pick better men next time.

Let's face, any man once is tempted to cheat, it happened to me but if he is sincere, confess about it and promise not to do it again, well you might want to give him a second chance. if not, Hey! tell him you can't do it anymore and move on. LIFE GOES ON!

I think your best solution would be to confront him about his cheating, then dump him. Don't waste any more time with him--he sounds like a jerk.

well think about it.. do you want to be with someone who prefers other chicks? ur not the best in his mind.. now with that mind set.. dress up really nice.. put makeup on.. walk up to him and say.. its ******* over u dip ****.. no one treats me like that and hangs around to enjoy my reaction.. im going out. dont ever call me again.. If you harrass me I will get a restraining order (AVO) on you

I guess I'm not sure what kind of facts you're looking for.
You simply say to him, "I don't accept people treating me the way you have, so you'll have to leave." Alternately, you could try, "Go on and get yourself over to your ho-bag girlfriend's house, 'cause you're not welcome here.", or "I don't lay with liars."
You deserve to have someone who is dedicated to you. Kick his lousy self to the curb and move on!

Tell him you don't wantt o be with him and that you ahve reasons to beleive that he is cheating. Therefore- you're not comfortable in the relationship.
