No you cannot reverse the affects of Vitiligo! He can't get a tan because of Vitiligo either cause it makes him allergic to the sun and probably tanning lotions too!

I am sure if we can all sunless tan, he could pigment his skin- unless he has damaged it too much from bleaching it. Since his nose practically fell off before, I dont think he should do any more cosmetic work at all, even tanning. his whole face may slide off one day.

I would say so, but I don't think he would look the same as from when he was originally black.
