I told everyone i worked with that when i lived in spain 20yrs ago the hour changed as it does in this country to A summertime time. Did it? Does it? Or im i just getting confused about it as i had to change the times i had to phone home to G.B. What about holland, do they have the hour change from british wintertime to british summer time? Bit confused please let me no if you no>

most of Europe changes; Iceland does not (last I knew).

Most of the US and Canada change; parts do not (especially not in the southwest).

Nations in the tropics generally don't - there's no reason to.
