The guy probably looked the other way when people complained about Foley. If he would have been a democrat, would you support him. So why do you now?
In case you are wondering, I'm an independant. Which means I'm capable of thinking for myself, instead of needing a party to do it for me.

Judging by the cons comments it must really hurt to have such a bunch of inept and corrupt representatives in control of their party. Stop blaming the democrats and instead do something novel work together and negotiate to resolve problems, that USED to be the American way. It is really sad that the USA has become the "Point the finger" country instead of take responsibility and fix the problem country! Shame on ALL of us!

Not really, there, Hannity. The Dem (singular) on the Page board wasn't told. Hastert knew, and he is now being thrown under the Republican bus. He won't resign, though, so this scandal (easily avoided if the Republicans could have just avoided that knee-jerk cover-up reflex) will still be in the back of voters' heads in a month. No Democrat could have planned it this well.

All current incumbents need to be voted out by the public, until that happens more of the same is on the way.
The Reps and the Dems both new what was going on and decided to treat the info differently for there own political gains.

If Foley were a democrat, the democrats wouldn't even censure him. They'd run him for reelection like they did a pedophile 20 years ago.

Because they are more interested in keeping power and winning the election rather than about protecting the young boys. As for the ignorant people stating that the Dem's knew about it all summer, where are you getting you're information from? That is a total lie. Typical republican BS though. Lie about the war, lie about knowing in advance about 9/11, lie about anything that threatens your power grip on the US govenment.
