What on earth for?
All office holders swear to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic". And the last four administrations have made attack after attack on the Constitution they've sworn to protect.
Politicians don't keep their oaths.

Our borders ARE open. You can't really shut them retroactively.
