well i think everyone should decide for there self but if you looked up the history of Halloween it mite change your mind. the story was something about a day called hallows eve in which demons came out and if they found you something would happen that i cant remember. so the people would dress up in costumes so the demons wouldn't recognize them and kill them. tho that's just what i hear i still think everybody should look it up. tho if you ignore this that's fine to. i dont really care. i think if you have a good time even tho IF it is bad you don't know so that's fine

Halloween is one of the most important and one of the best holidays. Parents get to go around seeing who their neighbours are, and little kids get candy and other goodies. What could possibly be better.
It builds neighbourhoods

Trick or Treats,
Money or Eats

( even Christmas is inferior because of the religious junk piled on it, although there are more toys then.)

I think it's amusing, and that in itself makes it good. I'm no psychologist but Halloween might make small children less afraid of monsters and scary situations, so that's another plus.

I believe it is definately both. It can be alot of fun to go through corn mazes and dress up. But, what is sad..is the fact that little children can not safely accept candy from strangers any more..for fear of being poisoned or having foreign objects placed inside.

Definitely good. It is a chance to dress up as anything you can imagine and get a little wilder than normal :)
