The person hasn't been able to access my banking information and my online account with this business has been closed but I want to know who has my information! They changed email information, used my password and tried to order merchandise.

Yes. Yahoo account information isn't truly anonymous. Yahoo does keep records of IP addresses accessing Yahoo accounts. However, getting that information would require an official law enforcement investigation, or court order. They wouldn't have a name and number, of course, but they could trace the IP address. With that, they could get to the ISP who provided it. That ISP's records would then show who paid for that account. That would give you the name of the responsible party.
However, jumping through all those hoops gives all kinds of evidenciary issues. Probably not good enough to warrant a conviction.
