my problem is two days prior my husband bought car i have. bill of sale we hadnt purchased insurance yet the car had transmission problems so was takeing to park at my house were was broke down even was driving on emergency lights' i have two spranged fingers no car and i cant stand or walk and my whole right side is purple.i also had no liscense for this there is nothing i can do .

If you had insurance on a different car you have up to 30 days to notify your insurance company that you changed cars. You are insured for those 30 days if you had insurance in effect on a different car. If not, and it was his fault, you put in a claim on his insurance, assuming you do not live in a no fault insurance state. Hopefully you got his insurance info, you call them and ask how to put in a claim.

your screwed. most states if you dont have insurance you are automatically at fault. good luck
