Nearly all of Roushes drivers have been brought through the ranks with Roush. Jamie was the first driver he went out and got. Maybe because of that, they can't find the setup that Jamie needs and get him performing how he should. It's affected people who have left Roush too, Kurt Busch is probably the best example of that. His relationship with his Crew Chief seems a bit strained as well. They need work on the #26 team, it has the ability to be a frontrunning team, but not in the state it's in right now. If Jamie were to jump ship, he better do it now while good cars are still availiable. EDIT: Know it all, Jamie nearly made the chase twice in Ganassi equipment, which is the about the furthest in the Cup series you can get from having winning equipment, so I doubt his driving skill is a problem. He hasn't clicked at Roush-Fenway, for whatever reason. EDIT2: What troll is in this question thumbing down all the intelligent answers?

My former neighbors sister went to high school with Jamie and also raced against him at the same time. They were friends and also dated for a time. So no he is not gay. By the way, its not very nice to go around calling people you don't like gay. I had to go through it when I went to grade school and its not fun. For anyone who cares, which will probably be about none of you, my current girlfriend and I have been dating about 2 years now.

I think Jamie will end up staying under the Roush umbrella after the teams get cut to four. I think he will technically be under the Yates name under ownership after the cut down to four driver per team. Since Roush and Yates are basically the same team but different names. If that makes sense.
