make the percent a decimal, and multiply the decimal by 360 and you have the degree measure for an angle.
EX. 43%= x degrees
43%/100= .43
.43 * 360=154.8
43%= 154.8 degrees

Then use a protracter and draw the angle!

360/100 = 3.6

For every percent, multiply that by 3.6 to get the degree value.

multiply the percent expressed as fraction by 360*
e.g.75%=0.75=0.75*360=270*
