I have to agree with you about Aneurin Bevan, although I'm sure he'd be turning in his grave at the state of the NHS these days. Also a big rugby fan so would have to add Colin Charvis, the Quinell brothers, Neil Jenkins etc too

Aneurin Bevan, the Welsh Labour politician and socialist. A key figure on the left of the party in the mid-twentieth century and Secretary of State responsible for the formation of the National Health Service.
