If you are referring to an abaya that is worn by most muslim women then you should say that. And I usually dont think anything about it. I work in a muslim country and know that most of the women here wear them as a sign of chastity for the faith. Usually married woman here wear only the abaya without the niqab. And even in Saudi it is not a requirement for any woman to wear the niqab only the abaya.
Besides, men are required to be modestly dressed as well as women. The same applies but the men wear a thobe instead of an abaya.

How can you tell she is muslim?
You mean a women wrapped in material? I think she looks hot.
This is a warm climate and sometimes I am warm in light clotheing. I wouldn't want to have to wear all those clothes.
But I know people get skin cancer and that would be a good way to avoid that.

not sure why your asking this, if youre a muslim is it because your worried about this? if you are non muslim perhaps you might think what is she thinking about me as she passess, is she scared of my views, does she hate me for no reason, does she feel secure hiding her features or does she feel shackled?
