How are Maxie & Lucky related on General Hospital?

I know the slept 2gether, buy aren't they related? If so, how?

They are not related. Lucky is Luke and Laura's son. Maxie is the daughter of Felica and Frisco. Mac is her stepfather.
Lucky's aunt Bobby was married to Maxie's uncle Tony at one time, and their daughter BJ's heart was put in her. Maxie was dying from heart failure, BJ was killed by a drunk driver.

They are not blood related. Maxie's parents are Felicia and Frisco Jones. Lucky's parents are Luke and Laura Spencer.
