This is not an assignment for any type of school. It sis just a fun project to see what people come up with . It's called "CREATIVITY"!!

You sure this isn't your creative writing homework?
"I'm fine," she responded across the crackling phone line. "I'm calling today to tell you about the new..."
"I'm glad to hear that," he replied. "I'm not doing so well myself. My doctor says my heart's getting weak, have to change my diet and get some exercise. Go out walking. Then there's my son, he's married to this witch of a woman, and she..."
The woman on the other end hung up.
The old man smiled. He knew just how to deal with telemarketers.

Do we have to write the story? If so, screw it. =P
An idea, depending on what you want it to be about could be like a child walks by an older mans house every day on his way to school, and the old man is always on his porch rocking back and forth, staring at him. One day the old man calls him to the porch and says "Hello, how are you today?" They could become friends and what-not, and then depending on what ending you want, you could make the older man die and it's just a whole emotional time for the kid.
just an idea.

Once upon a time there was this young man yada yada yada he grew up to be an old man. The old man was a looney toon. And so one day he walked up to a rock and started petting it. And the old man said, "Hello, how are you today?" He was then rushed to the looney bin where he spent the rest of his days there.
