It means to keep doing whatever you are doing. In America (USA); it could be "Get on with your bad self" (Compliment). This would include saying something witty, dancing, or creating some work of art. Also, it might be used if you were invited to taste something someone made and you indicated: ""Get on with your bad self"; if its good.
